Mini Nature Artists disclaims all liability arising from negligence or otherwise in relation to the website or in relation to any information contained in it.
By using the website you accept and assume the risk that information may be out of date, incomplete, and inaccurate or may not meet your individual requirements and you agree that use of the website is at your sole risk.
The website may contain links to third party websites. Such links are provided for information purposes only and Mini Nature Artists are not responsible for the content of or the accuracy of information contained on such websites. Mini Nature Artists hereby excludes all liability for any claims, loss, demands or damages of any kind whatsoever howsoever arising as a result of accessing third party websites from the links contained in the website.
Mini Nature Artists shall have no liability to you for any direct or indirect loss suffered, whether financial or otherwise, as a result of any computer viruses or malware originating from or transmitted by any third party via the website.
These terms shall be governed by English law and you agree that any dispute concerning them or the website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
Privacy & Safety
Any information users provide is solely to enable Mini Nature Artists to process your enquiry or project and provide a high level of service. The information concerning you will be accurate and up to date and will be held in accordance with the law. If you find any inaccuracies they will delete or correct it promptly.
Except as set out here or as required by law or a court of competent jurisdiction, Mini Nature Artists will not reveal any personal data about you to any third party, except to their relevant Associates if necessary for gathering quotations, but you consent to your such being disclosed to any person, firm or company to whom they sells the whole or a substantial part of the business or to whom they may transfer any part of their rights or obligations.
Protection of Property
Please note that your property left during the activity is your responsibility and Mini Nature Artists cannot take any responsibility for the safeguarding of these items.

Workshops
General
All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless alternative arrangements have been made with a particular venue, additional risk assessments will be put in place to support such arrangements.
Children under the age of five years must always be accompanied by a responsible adult, this includes nursery or school staff in group settings.
We aim to provide the highest quality experiences for all our customers. We are committed to the safety of all persons who attend our experiences and to deliver the highest standard of service.
Participating in a workshop, class or activity is your own risk without any proven negligence, breach of duty of care or lack of due diligence by Mini Nature Artists.
We cannot offer a refund for a lesson missed due to illness. You may offer your place to a friend, for the session. You would need to inform Mini Nature Artists of any changes of those attending the booked sessions.
We cannot cover any damages incurred during a workshop, class or event of an item during an event or after the event.
Mini Nature Artists follows thorough internal checks of the venue and its own equipment to ensure that they are clean and safe. Specific Risk Assessments are conducted for each event.
At our club, we expect all children to behave appropriately. If a child's behaviour is deemed inappropriate, we will promptly inform the parent or guardian who made the booking.
Should a child's behaviour become disruptive to the extent that it hinders the quality of the class and affects other children, we reserve the right to exclude the child from the class.
We ask that you agree to support the staff to help set the right example to the children by treating our colleagues with the respect they deserve whilst at work.
Cancellation
In exceptional circumstances we may have to cancel a workshop, party or event. In this event we will try to give those booked onto the affected Workshop at least 7 days’ notice and will offer a suitable alternative if one is available. Alternatively, a refund will be provided for the dates cancelled. Workshops may be cancelled if there are insufficient numbers booked to attend a day/course. A full refund will be provided should this be the case.
Mini Nature Artists runs a strict no refunds policy for events and workshops. Where the customer is no longer able to attend the session, they may contact Mini Nature Artists to request an alternative date which will be accommodated where possible.
Children's Parties
£50 non-refundable deposit required at time of booking, remaining fee payment to be paid 14 days before the event, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Children will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Extra Curricular Activities on a School Premesis
Booking & Payment
Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis and are booked for the full half term unless otherwise stated. A child's place is only confirmed once the completed booking form and full payment have been received.
As places are limited, bookings are non-refundable. Refunds or credits cannot be offered for missed sessions due to illness, holidays or other personal circumstances.
Collection
Children will be dismissed from the agreed collection point at the end of each session. Parents or carers are responsible for collecting their child promptly. If you are unexpectedly delayed, please notify Mini Nature Artists or the school as soon as possible.
Medical Information & Additional Needs
Parents and carers are responsible for informing Mini Nature Artists of any allergies, medical conditions, additional needs or any other information that may affect their child's participation before the first session. Emergency contact details must be kept up to date throughout the term.
Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to support individual needs, Mini Nature Artists reserves the right to discuss alternative arrangements where additional support is required beyond what can reasonably be provided within the group setting.
Behaviour
Mini Nature Artists aims to provide a calm, welcoming and inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued and able to enjoy creating.
Children are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other children, equipment and the venue. Where a child's behaviour consistently prevents the safe and enjoyable running of the session despite appropriate support, Mini Nature Artists reserves the right to discuss suitable next steps with parents or carers. In exceptional circumstances, a child's place may be withdrawn if all reasonable steps have been exhausted.
Cancellation
In the unlikely event that a session has to be cancelled due to illness, venue closure or other unforeseen circumstances, Mini Nature Artists will endeavour to offer either an alternative date or a refund for the cancelled session.
Where sessions cannot take place due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather or other force majeure events, refunds or replacement sessions may not be possible.
Photography
Photographs of artwork or activities may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes. Images of children will only be used where parental permission has been provided at the time of booking.
Safeguarding and OFSTED
Photographs
On occasion Mini Nature Artists leader may use a photographic device to take photos of the artwork. In the case of an emergency, the agreed phone may be used to record an incident for reporting purposes only. Photographs will only be taken of children with their parents’ permission, and adults with adult permission.
We love you taking pictures or videos of your children or the activities during the course, provided it doesn't interfere with the class. In addition, please always be sensitive of taking pictures of others without their permission. If you are asked to stop, please do respect the rights of others.
Providers do not have to register with Ofsted if they care for children aged 5 and over (we will have no children under 5 unless accompanied by a responsible adult) and offer no more than two activities from a prescribed list (we offer Arts & Crafts only).
Please be assured that the welfare of the children in our care will always take priority.
Leader of Mini Nature Artists holds a clear DBS, Safeguarding level 2 certification and Public Liability Insurance.

Clothing and Personal Property
Mini Nature Artists tutor will do their best to ensure that your child’s clothing is protected from the art materials used, however we accept no responsibility for and damage to your child’s clothing before, during or after any of our sessions. We will provide sleeveless aprons and advise that your child wears items of old clothing.
Please note that your property left during the activity is your responsibility and Joanna Isobel Art / Mini Nature Artists cannot take any responsibility for the safeguarding of these items.
Returns and Refunds
