Root & Restore: A Mamas Evening

Take some time for you with this peaceful, grounding and creative evening in nature, designed especially for mummies. Hosted in the tranquil grounds of Jealott’s Hill Community Landshare, you’ll be gently guided through a calming experience to relax, reconnect and restore.

We’ll begin with a slow meander to the orchard where Emma from Mama Bear Hypnotherapy will lead a beautiful guided meditation inspired by the sounds, scents and sights of the natural surroundings. From here, we’ll follow the sensory path to the Mini Nature Artists Garden, a hidden haven where you’ll have the chance to unwind through gentle creativity.

Explore the beauty of natural inks — crush petals with a mortar and pestle, try your hand at flower hammering, or simply enjoy painting with pre-made inks. No artistic skills needed — just an open heart and a willingness to explore.
